It is unfortunate that such ungrateful people exist in this world. Mr. John Pearson +[protected] has contacted us 2 days before and told his coffee maker is dead, not functioning at all so need help to repair-restore the same. we have asked him to pay our standard service charges and follow the process. in this service charges we have very clearly mentioned that "pick up charge included".
anyways now moving to his claim that our team was trying to convince him to buy new machine? NO actually he was keen on exchanging coffee maker since the model he was using is of from 2011. and its a complete mess, broken coffee maker.
we were keep on telling him either you can send your person to collect the coffee maker or else you need to pay Rs. 350 as drop charge to the delivery person.
So kindly ignore this FAKE person and FAKE claims. He is a gem of a person with destructive and negative mind.

I sent a coffee machine (Nespresso) for repair on behalf of my company. They said the machine is obsolete and spares would cost more than the cost of machine. We didnt proceed with it. Asked them to return the machine, they do not respond immediately. You have to call them as many times as possible for them to answer your call. Mr. Dhanraj was the person i was dealing with. After infinite follow ups, they send the machine back, and guess what they send someone else machine and now they do not pick up calls.
They get paid upfront for everything, service, courier charges and the experience we had is a night mare.

Now after my first review i get messages from Mr. Dhanraj to delete the review or else my issue wont get sorted. Which service provider threatens their customer?

This ### & LOW IQ fellow calling INDIA - FULL OF CHEATERS AND DISHONEST PEOPLE. This person doesn't have basic manners and calling our LADY sales person " ###" attaching screenshots of his chat.
We have never forced him for any service charges to pay. infact he is not even in our client list as well.
This person is completely mentally sick and need help. We are registering a legal case against this person for abusing a woman without any reason. we are not taking this issue lightly.
