Deal Surf, Online Store — Fraud online transaction

I have received fake call form Siva Raman and the phone no was [protected], they say I am from HDFC bank and asked my credit details for issuing new credit card that expiring on this month. And he says HDFC bank was offering some gifts for you due to the special customer, asked my address for sending the gifts and card you not pay any money for this, after I have received the transaction of Rs. 7, 299.00 on 26-Dec-2013 at M/s DEAL SURF IVR was done by your card message was received.
Immediately I call the HDFC customer care executive and find out this fake call and also block the card. After that I contact the sivaraman don’t the send parcel.
Kindly cancel the transaction I can’t received your package if you send to I will return to you. I can’t pay single paisa for the deals .Further if not cancel the order I go to police and cyber crime department.
Note : I don’t know your site I just search the address in Google after receiving the reply for my mail from HDFC bank.
