Dear Sir,
I have ordered 2 smartphone online site Dealextrem ( order origin: Germany), of amount Rs 9850 with free shipping
my Tracking Bar code: RX[protected]DE
Invoice No:[protected]
When i went to collect product India govt Post executive ask me to pay Duty amount RS 5839.
they have calculated duty as 41.7 % on amount 14000
but my invoice amount is RS 9850 then i should pay duty RS 4107.
Besides this why i cannot receive any printed duty bill from them.that it is only handwritten. i want to know
does import duty calculation not given to consumer as Printed format because it is simply handwritten.
i have get reply from customer care that is simply handwrtten
Please solve issue.
