Subject :- complaint against deals brunch online company for releasing my prize amount and royalty amount for rs.14, 90, 800/- respected sir, sir i am shamad mirkha mahajan from panaji goa wants to request you to recover my prize amount and payment done by me for total rs.14, 90, 800/- as early as possible. Royalty amount of rs.545800/- paid in their two accounts for getting prize amount rs.945000/-. He told me i will get prize amount rs.945800/- plus rs.5, 45, 800/-. Total rs.14, 90, 800/- i have to receive from deals brunch online company. Royalty amount i have paid in three instalments. First instalment of rs.207900/- on[protected] from axis bank limited with receipt brn-rtgs-utibh[protected]-deals brunch online, proof mail no.1 second instalment rs.207900/- on[protected] from axis bank limited with receipt brn-rtgs-utibh[protected]-deals brunch online and proof mail no.2 third instalment of rs.130000/- on[protected] from state bank of india with receipt brn-rtgs-sbin[protected]-deals brunch online i have paid royalty of rs.415800/- in hdfc bank kondli a/c no.[protected] ifscode:- hdfc0000921 branch-kondli mayur vihar phase 3, new delhi. I have paid royalty of rs.130000/- in corporation bank a/c no.[protected] ifscode:- corp0001703 branch kondli, new delhi. Complaint was given on http://pgportal.Gov.In. Mr. Arunkumar inspector gazipur mobile no.[protected] contacted me, mr. Arunkumar inspector gazipur told me to return all unused products then dealsbrunch company will return your amount of rs. 545800/-. And prize will be handed over to you shortly. So i returned all the product except used laptop on 18.04.2015 with mr. Upendra shukla jambo courier, mankoli, bhiwandi, maharashtra, mobile no.[protected]. List attached here no.1. Mr. Sekar gautam director of the deals brunch online company has told me, he has received all producte except laptop. After deducting price of laptop (Rs.30, 000/-) and courier charges (Rs.5000/-). He agreed to return rs.510800/- in three instalments. First instalment rs.1, 50, 000/- received on 28.04.2015. Second instalment rs.1, 50, 000/- received on 19.05.2015. Third instalment rs.1, 00, 000/- received on 30.07.2015. Only rs.4, 00, 000/- received to me. Remaining amount he is not sending. My prize of rs.14, 90, 800/- pending with dealsbrunch online company. Several times spoke to mr. Sekhar gautam director of the company but he is not answering the mobile. Sometimes he is telling he is in hospital, sometimes he is going to vaishnodevi. Sir please check up the matter and please help me to receive the amount rs.14, 90, 800/-.
