[Resolved]  Dear Cinepolis India, — i have lost my wallet!!

Dear team,
I went to watch the movie super 30 (Show time 3.30pm) on wednesday 17/07/2019 at the kolkata cinepolise movie hall of lake mall. My screen no.1, seat no. I-12. I lost my wallet there. I kept my ticket inside my wallet and sat down on my seat with the wallet on my lap. Then stand up for the national anthem at the beginning of the movie. Then i dropped it most probably. I never left the hall, not even at the interval time. After the movie finished i left the hall. Within 20mints i came back and spoke to the manager mr. Mirr tafizzure and he let me check the hall but found nothing as it was already cleaned by the house keepers. I request him to ask the housekeepers and the security but he denied and relactently said if it has been found it would have been reported but nobody yet. He not even ask any details of my wallet and was very less interested about it. One of the security note down my contact name and number. I was so surprised by his behaviour. This is not acceptable from a company like yours!!
I made an police gd that evening. My wallet is having 1000/- cash, my atm card hdfc bank, my pan card and few papers. It was a costly wallet of michael kores (Mk) black in colour with a golden chain. Please check your cctv. Please look into the matter.
