Sir I booked the ticket from apsrtc online on 06 march 2016 from UDAYAGIRI to Hyderabad MGBS. BUS SERVICE NO 5195.The amount of ticket is deducted from my acc. but i didn't get the ticket. I cross checked the booking service it is showing that there is no reservation. So please verify it and refund the amount as soon as possible.Amount debited Rs 549
