I made few purchases from Rediff online shopping Twice. But both the times my shopping was a disaster.
Case 1:
I ordered a Car Body Cover for a Car. Whereas after I opened the Parcel, it was a damaged piece & also not the right product too. (Order No: 93 66 772, Dated:[protected].
Case 2:
I ordered a Samsung HM 7000 Universal Bluetooth Headset. When I started using it, I realised that the particular item is a Defective piece (It was not working). Immediately I made a complaint regarding the above issue. (Order No: 100 40 808, Dated:[protected].
I made a complaint to Rediff Shopping more than 20 times regarding this by Mail & with much difficulty on Phone too. They were very very poor in their Service to satisfy a Customer.
After much follow up, they accepted for Refund. One fine day, they sent me a Cheque for only 1 product & interestingly with a wrong Account Name (Though I mailed them very clearly about my account details).
Again I made a complaint regarding this. But till date, there is no proper response from Rediff Shopping.
At the end of the day, I lost my Valuable Money & Time. Neither they are bothered about replacing it or Refunding my amount.
With my Bad Experience with Rediff, I request EVERY ONE to be very careful when you shop ONLINE with REDIFF. It is very clearly proved in my case that, they intentionally CHEAT CUSTOMERS.
I request DECCAN CHRONICLE to kindly help me in getting back my Refund.
