I have no other way to go hence i want bring this publicly. This regarding suppose to maintain cleanness and hygiene by ghmc. I live at rethibowli mehdipatnam. It is a residential colony with a chldrens park. There has been a dump of garbage in the colony since very long time. I have been requesting multiple times via online and phone. I have just been received reference numbers with a dissatisfaction. This is so called ghmch. I am hoping at least via social means the department will realize there job.

I wish to bring to your notice the complete lack of customer service skills of Samsung India. My complaint no:'s ([protected], [protected]) since the 31st July 2018 to repair the freezer of my double door fridge, have not even been confirmed, let alone repaired.There is no call, no message no communication despite the calls we have made to them.
