[Resolved]  Deccan Chronicle — No delivery after paying for the subscription

Hello, This is Ranjith. I have subscribed for deccan hearald edition for an year. I didnt get the paper delivered for a month now. I contacted the number that i was given to contact on any issues and it turns out i got in to a second issue of poor response. This is followed by further contacts with other people in the delivery chain only to know how many irresponsive people are there in the deccan hearald paper delivery chain. The distributor went to the extent to say that he does not work for deccan hearald when i called him to enquire. First time he responded saying he will solve the issue and in two days he said he is not working for deccan hearld. Seems severe attrition :-) May be he started working of deccan getaway. Other issue i faced is they started delivering me hindu and telugu news papers instead of deccan herald. Not sure im being told indirectly to change my subscription to one of these papers or this is a special standalone complimentary offer for deccan herald subscribers until their issues are resolved. Again this also stopped in 2 days. Net Net you gave me a good experience and plenty of reasons not to go for your subscription any more and recommend the same to the people whom i don't want to put in to trouble. Much appreciate your service. I do know that my issue will not be resolved but again wanted to take the opportunity to step up in the forum that you have created to share the knowledgeable experience that you have provided me by becoming your subscriber.
