i have taken a One plus one in the month of jan with EMI no [protected].
with on one month i have been facing the issue of phone hanging over heating Horrible signal drop, to ADD to it worst was Ghost bug or auto dialling, have format the phone and all, at last i have given the phone for servicing at Touch service center with order no 5418 on 25/03/2015.
Today that is 13 april the phone is not replaced and they dont know when it will be repaired or replaced .
1) I have taken a phone with warrant why should i have a repaired hand set in one month o[censored]se, where the mother board is to be changed the touch screen and all it does not have any physical damages
.
I want that as CUSTOMER TO BE REPLACED FOR WHICH I HAVE ASKED THE SERVICE team of your to write a mail which was never sent to you and im doing now .
2) they have no clue when the phone will be changed, i have called your CC almost 3 times, do check records and they also ask for mail .
3) the CC team says it will be done in one week and when i asked the hyderabad services center they say company people will say the same, you will get the hand set very late.
WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK CUSTOMER IS TO GO AROUND YOUR SERVICES CENTER FOR REPAIR,
or money spent on your brand phone is wasted by me, give me the handset replaced in a week as promised or let me know the details for me to GO LEGAL WAY.
