This is in regards with my early subscription of deccan chronicle i have been a customer with dc since 12 years and have never faced any issues with my subscription however i wanted to report an incident which has make me to believe that customers are no longer important to dc.
I am attaching 3 invoices along with this complain for your reference.
Invoice 22226
Amount paid 699 on 2nd june 2018 expiry 10th june 2019.
On 16th november local vendor reach my house creating a havoc about my subscription wooden sometime you are representative mahender reddy also turned up informing me that my subscription has expired i did not have the invoice on hand hence i paid the amount total of 1269 that is 1 year plus 6 months that both claimed for expired month's.
Later i got invoice 22226 and contacted your representative to have the amount paid to the local dealer returned and extend my subscription 10 june 2019 until 9 june 2020.
I have been following up with your representatives since 16 nov 2018. But it's creating a bad experience as he neither answers the call or vague replies i'll have the refund back.
Would want some to check check and help me with my concerns.
