My name is a. Siva from chennai. I bought used santro (Hyundai) xl car tn-22- am 2593. I took 1 lakh car finance for 24 months period from deccan finance limited, regd. Off : new no.75 (Old 34-b) nungambakkam high road, chennai - 600034.
The monthly due was rs.5400, i have paid many dues but right now i have last 5 dues to be paid. From past 8 months my car is under custody.
I went to the place to see my car and i was shocked to see my car. My car was effected in flood due to there negligence. All parts in my car is been rusted / broken and my total car has been damaged due to there negligence and no care.
I faced recognition of loss, suffering, stress and mental torture. I request "indian consumer complaints forum" to resolve this issue and order them to give me compensation rs.2.30 lakhs which i have paid them till now. I have attached the car photos.
