Deccan Herald Newspaper — 11227- Payment received for a year and paper not delivered till date

Address: Udupi, Karnataka, 576101

I was approached by an agent/ paper boy asking to subscribe for a one year DH newspaper at 799/-. They immediately called me, followed up on me on my decision and the immediately the next day reached my home to collect the payment.

Now, even after a month, more than a month of paying cash, I am not receiving my paper.

The agents, officers, are not responding properly.

One says, I have already informed.
Other says, I am following.
One more, I have escalated it to my manager.

Agent says, I have informed to the paper boy, agent of your area.
Then he calls up to say, the deliver boy has been putting you papers.He will calls you.


Agent says, As per your request, I have informed for your refund.

Then next day, You come to my office to collect payment. I dont know your house.


I am sick and tired of following up and calling on x, y, z persons and not sure, how many agents to talk to.


Here is my simple request.

Cancel my subscription and refund my money.
