Deccanrummy — Reg withdrawal amount not received in my Bank account

Sir,
I think any one in Deccan rummy account Team person is Fraud Because I am follow up from 4 Dec 2020 to 14 2020 Dec for My Withdraw Amount.
Account Department team every time Required fresh Bank Statement and I am also provide my fresh Bank Statement.
They Have only provide me Everytime
UTR Transaction Number: N[protected]
And said Ticket is closed
But i am say every time Sir please confirmed in your Bank for this entry because I think this is a failure Transaction
If it's a successful transaction,
amount will be reflect in my Bank statement but till amount not recived in my Bank account
for refrance I am send my updated,
If they have provide me there Bank transaction photo copy of full details with transfer date I am check it in my Bank but they have only provide me UTR Number it is not completely information I want full details of transaction if money transfer from Deccan rummy site
