Def — Washing machine

I took new washing machine in december 2021.From that day onwards problems are coming I have given the complaint to customer care.Mechanic came and saw the problem but the problem is not solved.Again he came and saw he said that there is no problem in washing machine.After that safety rods are broken.Again i gave complaint on March 1 he said that they are not responding and not lifting the phones.And there is no response from the supervisior.I gave so many complaints but they are not responding supervisior and manager.Please rectify the problem otherwise I will complaint to consumer court.Your service is not satisfied by the customer.
