Definite Design — Porting delayed leading to no service provider

This is probably one of the most important thing which one has to consider prior to migrating from any service to Airtel, I had a group of 7 seven numbers which were requested to be ported to Airtel, Vodafone had got the porting done but PACE CELLULARS the DSA of Airtel failed to even provide the sim card & as a result there is no service providers . If this is the negligence of PACE CELLULARS than Airtel must do something about it . It is quite shock that you port thinking that the service would be better but this has been such a horrific experience !!! IF AIRTEL CARES ABOUT ITS CUSTOMER THAN IT SHOULD TAKE ACTION AGAINST SUCH DSA.
