[Resolved]  Dejavutrends.com — Not received item, nor any refund

Dear Sir,
I had purchase two item from "dejavutrends.com" “order no.[protected] “on 5th march 2014 of Rs 2071.32.
After a month I haven't receive any item so on 16th April after talking to customer care I opt for cancellation of my order and refund my money. I was told that I will receive my refund in next 10 days.

But it is now more than 3 month after my order I haven’t received my item nor any type of refund. Now customer care number ‘[protected]’ is also not working. I try to contact via email on ‘[protected]@dejavutrends.com’ and ‘[protected]@dejavutrends.com’ but no response are given. Order detail and bank statement are attached with this mail. Please help .
