He is a very fraud person.
He takes full money and then when you ask for documents he dont pick up the call.
Some times he dont pay full money to the authority because of which authority dont couriers your documents.

Delhi Academy of Merchant Navy Customer Care's response ATTEN: Kanpur Marine, where your office is located? From where your company is registered? From where you guys are approved/affiliated/authorized ? How can we reach you? What is your website? By putting all these questions in mind, it seems Kanpur Marine does not exist and is fake and this complaint has been posted by some of our rival or competitors in industry. Our company is registered in ministry of corporate affairs, India. Our training centre is approved by Samoa international Maritime authority, Govt of Samoa. Our training centre is an ISO[protected] certified academy. It takes time to build image and names like KANPUR MARINE is trying to blot our image. By putting all these questions in mind, it seems Kanpur Marine does not exist and is fake and this complaint has been posted by some of our rival or competitors in industry.
