please refer bill no. 8511for consumer id DDADWK00083950f 27june2015.name of the owner should have been COL RAJINDER SINGH and not SUHILA MALIK as mentioned in the said bill.all previous bills have been forwarded on the name of COL RAJINDER SINGH. it is not understood as to why this particular bill has been made on the previous owner name .request amend the name and issue a fresh bill.
