Manoj bansal is the shop owner in dda market nirman vihar adjucent to my house in nirman vihar and he has constructed ground +2 more floors on the shop, due to which it is obstructing the sun light and air of the portion of my house where i use to hang my cloths for drying and doing other works, you are requested to stop this unauthorised construction.
