Hi, I have received the refund but cannot encash it because of the demand draft bearing both Name and Account number. Problem is- Applicant name - Rakesh Ranjan, Account holder name is - Kumari Priya. Now the demand draft has applicant name and account holder account number which will not match. Can you tell me how this can be corrected and a fresh demand draft having either applicant name or Account number can be resend for encashing. I received call from DDA 15 mins ago from [protected]. I was asked to provide either Debit card number and password for my debit card or Debit Card number and CVV number. Since I could not provide password or CVV to anyone, please suggest other ways. Call me at [protected]. Rakesh Ranjan
