Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — DDA water bill without using

I am allottee of Flat/Plot No : 14 Pocket No : 1 Block No : B-22 Sector No : 34 City : Rohini State : Delhi and my consumer ID is DDARZ0036840 and metre No. & Date is 37133 dated 22.10.2018.
I have paid all my dues as of now. But it is very strange that my water connection was never installed at my flat and the water bill is showing nil reading in spite of your raising the water bill.
Would request you to please look into this and get installed my water meter and connection.
