[Resolved]  Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — DDA water bill without using water

My loknaykpuram DDA Lig flat 437 water bill is generated without using it. Please look into this. Water id :DDADWK0042587.
I am not using water anyway. Water bill generated without using water.

Please look into it. NO update received fdom dda and water bill is showing on my dda account id ddadwk0042587 I am not living there and not using any water. Please remove the auto bill from my account.
