Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Delay in possession letter

I have mig flat at vasant kunj. I submit all my documents in camp held in November. They told me to send my possession letter by post.Its more than 2 mnths now but still no possession letter reached.
I am doing a court case against dda within 7 days if this issue not solved within 1week.thank u
