Delhi Development Authority (DDA) — Demand Draft has both Name and Account number which is creating problem in encashing

Hi, I have received the refund but cannot encash it because of the demand draft bearing both Name and Account number. Problem is- Applicant name - Ratika Yadav Account holder name is - Anjali Yadav Now the demand draft has applicant name and account holder account number which will not match. Can you tell me how this can be corrected and a fresh demand draft having either applicant name or Account number can be resend for encashing.
