Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Freehold status pending and bribery

I krishan kumar jindal, submitted my freehold request id-5099527 on 17/09/2019 but i havent recieved any info about the same for your side.when i went to office they indirectly asked for bribe.i am very disturbed as it has been more and a year what should i do ??
