Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — i am complaining against dda peaking trees/ branches of tree bent over my flat no - 906, a-6, narela, new delhi

Sir, flat no-906, a-6, narela, new delhi. Owner name - girish chandra singh.
I am a defence personal presently posted at chaina border manipur.
A dda park closed at my flat. There are some branches of trees and some tree growed in park but totally bent over to my flat. I must need o[censored]pkeeping my flat but the branches of trees and some tree distrubing to me.in future, it may occuring incedent which responsible would be dda.
Keeping view in mind, pl take action as soon as possible.
