Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Illegal construction on the roof.

I have witnessed that an illegal construction has taken place. A proper flat is constructed which is according to me is illegal because of it exeeds the height aloted by the dda. Beacouse of this we have toh face a lot of problems because it stops the sunlight.
