[Resolved]  Delhi Development Authority (DDA) — Illegal Enroachment of DDA Land worth 100 CRORES

It is to inform that DDA LAND measuring 2000 SQ. METERS IN POSH AREA of PITAM PURA has been encroached. The same is DDA park which has been converted into BANQUET HALL & HOTEL WITH AIR CONDITIONED ROOMS in name of Temple. THIS IS LOCATED ON MAIN ROAD IN JU-BLOCK PITAM PURA, DELHI (OPPOSITE TO DISTRICT PARK) THIS IS MONEY CHURNING BANQUET HALL & HOTEL of 25 Rooms; employees quarters and even lift has been installed. This all is being done with the active connivance of DDA official. Even the trees are trapped inside the building. The market value of pitam pura is approx 5 Lac per Sq. Meter and 2000 X 5, 00, 000/- = 100, 000, 000 (100 CRORES) SO HERE IS LAND SCAM OF 100 CRORES. DDA & MCD officials are in collusion and getting kickbacks.
