Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Illegally constructed 5th and half 6th floor

i am living in 3680 2nd floor kaziwara daryaganj new delhi.
4th floor owner illegally constructed 5th and half 6th floor . complained to North dmc many times . in starting they issued worked stop notice as per their reply . now illegally flat is constructed and dmc reply become different.
