[Resolved]  Delhi Development Authority (DDA) — Immediately stop illegal construction on 5th floor of A-59 Shaheen Bagh Thokar No.6 Abul Fazal Enclave, Okhla New Delhi.

I would like to register the complaint with you regarding A-59, Shaheen Bagh Thokar No. 6 Abul Fazal Enclave, Okhla New Delhi. There is an illegal construction is doing and construed on the terrace of fifth floor of the building by Mr. Zaire Abbas, & Mrs. Anwar Fatima Resident of A-59, Thokar No. 6 No. 401, Abul Fazal Enclave Part –II. Which is without approval and totally illegal by laws. Due to this construction the structure of the whole building and adjoining structures has become weaker. The construction on the terrace is a threat to the structures. Being the concerned owner of the fourth floor flat No. 402, I would like to bring to your notice for strong appropriate action against them as it could lead to fatal accident to people since the base of the building already is weak due to illegal constructed basement also. I request you to stop this illegal construction take appropriate action against them, and it should be stopped immediately.
