Delhi Development Authority (DDA) — mismatched perticular on refund cheque

Dear sir, This is regarding my dda application number 100161. I had made the payment from my brother-in-law account. But now i have receivd a refund cheque on my address bearing my name(ram sresth kumar) but account particulars of my brother-in-law. It need to be corrected to match my account particulars or my brother-in-law name so that it can be deposited in either o[censored]s account. I had contacted ICICI bank repeatedly for same but recievd no resolution. Can you look into this with priority and let me know the contact person or resolution process.
