Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Neighbours at ground floor digging 10 feet deep hole in house for water tank

The ground floor owners have dug a 6 feet by 6 feet wide and 10 feet deep hole. They say they plan to use it as a water storage tank. This hole is near the foundation of the house and it puts the entire building structure at risk. Furthermore, if the tank is built, the problem of seepage will also cause the foundation to erode over time. I request urgent intervention as this is a huge risk to the safety of my family.
