Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — not received refund of registration money

Sir, i was alotted lig flat in dda awasiya yojna 2017 at narela g8, pocket 3, block f19, flat no 27. I surrendered the above flat on 11 dec 2017 at dda vikas sadan, new delhi vide receipt no rec/11/17/16, 521 dated 11 dec 2017. After lapse of three months i didn't received registration money of rs 100000/-. Being a defence employee and posted at far area of jammu & kashmir, i can't come to delhi to resolve the issue again. I have not received the refund for Application No-2003186. It has been more than 2 months since the draw was announced. DDA website states that refund will be released within 15 days of the announcement date.
