Delhi Development Authority (DDA) — Not Refunded Token Money

Sir I have applied for dda housing scheme 2014 my application no is 4509224 but now I have surrender my dda allotment and for this I have submitted all the required documents at dda office at counter no 4 and I have received acknowledge receipt from dda office my acknowledgement no is REC/H/15/25, 072 dated 11/05/2015. After that my allotment is canceled. But till date amount has not been refuned in my Account. Many times I went DDA, my case is under Mr. Devi Dayal. Always he told me that your file is lost so we can't process it. Please resolve the issue.
