As dda has charged one time maintenance charges of rs. 150, 000/- approx. From the allottees but it is yet early days of the project but. Maintenance is pathetic. Not even day to day maintenance and cleaning/ sweeping work is done. Sweepers turn up rarely. Residents have to virtually beg for their services. Parking area is full of garbage as sweeping is done after long interval of week or even more that is too when repeated complaints are made. Backyard of the buildings is muddy as water overflowing from the top is regular and the place is very fertile for mosquito breeding. Thanks to dda for leaving wide green area in the sector but the area is either used as dump yard for garbage by the dda staff itself and cattle enjoy grazing inside ad well as outside the walls in the parks, damaging severely the greenery and small plants. Dda deserve to be awarded for inventing few new techniques of cost-cutting. A small water tank is fixed in ceiling of the kitchen right on top of the kitchen platform which keeps residents on their toe until the water pump stops pumping water, else overflow from the tank all over the kitchen is inevitable.

Remedy:;will dda please consider removing the tank immediately.

Second innovation is size of the rooms. I believe building by - laws must have some sort of specification for the size of the rooms. The room size is unimaginable. Residents today feel cheated. Bed room is so small that you can't even fit in proper size double bed there. If you try to put some extra stuff in the room you can't even breath freely.

Remedy: dda must consider to increase the size of one room at least.
