I booked alaknanda community hall for my daughter latter i cancelled the same on 29th march 2017 till not no refund no information from your office, i visited at myour office many time but always reply system is not working now please inorm me what to do

My DDA flat form no is 1502540. i am trying to DDA flats 2017 Registration payment 100223 Rupees with PNB net banking .its showing successfully payment from the net banking and rupees deduction from my account. but DDA site is showing the failure status. Please check it.
