Complaint marked as Resolved I have not got response directly from DDA but from ICICI Bank, Connaught Place. They called me and told that my name in application and the name in bank account I mentioned for refund isn't same. So they asked me to bring a cancelled cheque of a bank account where name is same as in application, a request letter and a copy of PAN card. It took less than five minutes for verification of documents at branch and then they released my refund on next working day.
Delhi Development Authority [DDA] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
