Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Refund not received even after updating Bank Details

I Dhwani Gupta has applied for DDA housing scheme 2021but unsuccessful in draw. The refund of Rs. 2, 00, 000 against application (form No. [protected] and ref No. AWS_33817_0_70741)is till pending.

I am unable to reach anyone is systems department as phone is not answered.
