Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — refund of application amount not received

I applied for 2 dda flats under 'dda housing scheme 2019', and was allotted both the flats in narela. However my family did not liked the location and the cost of flats were also very high so i surrendered both the flats on '1-aug-2019'. Its been more than a month now, however i have not received refund of registration amount (4 lacks). None of the dda helpline is working and i also visited dda office in vikas sadan but no one is giving any proper reason/timeline. Seems like dda is eating interest amount by blocking public money.

I have read on news that dda had promised to process refund by 2nd week of august. Request you to please take some action on this.
