Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — refund of registration money-icici bank

Hello, my name is vishal thakur. I applied in dda housing scheme 2019 online via formzero.in and made payment through icici bank however my name is not present in allotted and wait-listed list and i haven’t received any intimation about the registration refund amount from icici bank as well as dda. Application # 905503 name – vishal thakur. I tried to contact through formzero no one responded. Dda helpline is also not working. Please help
