This is my request regarding seeking refund for my surrendered flat as the is allotted to me under online dda housing scheme 2019 application form no.702873 I have received a system generated confirmation e-mail on 02 august, 2019 stating that "the application for refund has been submitted successfully to concerned department for further processing and registration amount will be refunded shortly to your bank account". I too haven't received my refund for the surrendered flat. I received the system-generated email on 4-Aug 2019 that my request for request for surrender has been submitted and refund will be provided shortly to your bank account. It has been more than a month, but I haven't received any communication, nor the refund.

Can anyone guide me what should I do, and whom should be contacted?

Same here with the Application 1100547, I have also surrendered my flat on 03 August 2019. There has been an email confirmation about the same. But, I have also not received my refund. I have called the customer care, which told me that refund will happen in last week of September. But, today(01 Oct 2019), there has not been any refund received for my application.
