Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — regarding withdrawal of application form

I had requested to withdraw my application form from dda housing 2017, on 2 august 2017.
In that process i had send a email to [protected]@dda.org.in which has been mentioned in advertisement clearly that you can withdraw your application and contact via email. I did not get any response.

My application no is 1502434.

Please help me to get my amount refunded.
