Respected sir,

I would like to bring to your kind attention that we had applied for dda housing scheme-2017 and paid rs 1, 00, 200/- as registration amount, but after being awarded a flat in the draw we had to surrender our flat due to some reasons on 26th dec 2017 (File attached).

We have made the payment through hdfc netbanking dated 8th august 2017. Sir, we would be extremely thankful to you if you could look into the matter and direct the concern authorities to provide our refund at the earliest.
