Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — surrender of dda flat

I have surrendered the DDA flat on 8th of August. Still waiting for the refund.
Even in the cancelled / Refund status it is not showing any status. Can anyone share the contact details of DDA, how to contact them. They have shared a toll free number on website but that is not working.

Please let me know how to contact them.

Applied for a flat in Narela under LIG scheme 2019, and surrendered my flat 08 Aug 2019, DDA has not issued refund till date. Is Delhi Govt. trying to earn interest on applicant's money???
Shame that in this age of technology, they are 12 weeks for refund process !!!

Requesting to take this to DDA and help get refund at the earliest
