Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — surrendered flat refund not received till date

Address: New Delhi, Delhi, 110023

I surrendered my allotted flat on 1st August, and i'm still waiting for my refund. They are no picking up there landline and there call center is of no use for me. My cancellation status is still stuck with Account Officer approval for the last one month.

I have taken loan from my bank against which they are charging interest to me on daily basis.
Kindly help me out.
