Delhi Development Authority (DDA) — Water bill is too High

I have LIG in Dwarka sec 26 New Delhi.I have started to use this Flat Sep14 and even before that there were no water fitting in my LIG. i got the bill more than 5000 rs. please help in this regard ASAP if you can. Also let me know if you need any more info. Email: [protected]@gmail.com
