Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Water bill payment no adjustments

Address: Sector 18 B, FLAT 108, DWARKA, DELHI

Sir,
I made payment of Rs 29, 588 against water bill no.125814 on 01 nov 2020 by debit card but no receipt was provided. Also no adjustments till date has been made.
Now my meter is being shown as unmeter.
Pl help resolve the issue.
