Dear sir / madam,

I requested cancellation of the application[protected] on 17th july - i'm happy that i made this decision but a bit disappointed that the so called organisation in ncr doesn't have any process to acknowledge the customer's request and give them a timeline to refund their amount. Kindly help to get my amount refunded. Thank you.
