Delhi Development Authority — NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT AGAINST DDA FLAT

I had filled a dda housing scheme 2014 form with a D.D. of rupees one lakh (******) only. And as the result announced for the scheme my luck doesn't worked and i haven't got any flat, and after that i have submitted the DD of Rs. one lakhs in IDBI BANK LTD.is not returned to me.i request you to kindly refund of Rs.1 lacs to my account or DD. My application No-0925429
